Delivery times are based on two factors: order processing time and time in transit. For most orders, this process begins once your online order has been submitted. Depending on the time you place your order, the order process might not start until the following business day. Order processing time is 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday 9AM - 5PM PST, excluding United States federal holidays. During peak periods you may experience longer than average order processing time.
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii typically take longer for transit time. Please allow up to 30 business days for delivery.

- For UPS 2-Day shipping, order must be placed before 2:00 PM PST Monday through Thursday in order for it to be delivered within the 2 business days. (We are currently suspending all Priority shipping methods due to COVID-19 as there are too many delays out of our control.)
- An e-mail confirmation will be sent when your order is shipped, including a shipment tracking number.
Return/Cancellation Policy
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, items may be replaced or refunded within 30 days of purchase.
- Please note: Order changes or cancellations are subject to a $10.00 restocking fee.
